BIO

Alfred McLaren (Clarrie) Moore was 5’11” (180 cms) tall and two games in 1913 and 1914. 

Clarrie served in the 27th Infantry Battalion of the AIF in Gallipoli and the Western Front, wounded in action in France in 1916. He was promoted to Lieutenant, and was awarded the Belgian Croix de Guerre and recommended for the Military Cross for conspicuous gallantry in the field.

He returned to Australia in April 1919.
