Andrew "Lenny" Pascoe was drafted by Collingwood as a 16 year old at number 29 in the 1987 National Draft but the laconic left-footer decided not to join the Magpies until 1991.  Capable of playing as a Centre Half Forward, Full Forward, or in the Ruck, "Lenny" made his League debut with Norwood in 1988. While that was the only League game he played that year, he was the club's leading goal-kicker with 47 goals the following season.

Pascoe spent most of his three years in Collingwood's Reserves but he did play 1 night game and won the club's Reserves Best and Fairest in 1993.

A better player for the experience, Pascoe returned to the Parade early in the 1994 season but 1995 saw him play most of the year with the Reserves, although he  was an important member in that team's Premiership success.

In 1996 he kicked 10 goals against Sturt on the Adelaide Oval, and to emphasize his roller-coaster year, he also kicked bags of 12 and 10  while coming back from injuries through the Reserves.

The highlight of Pascoe's career came in 1997 when he played at Centre Half Forward in the Redlegs' Grand Final trouncing of Port Adelaide.

Kicking six goals in the 1999 Preliminary Final, he then came frustratingly close to winning a second flag again against Port Adelaide, when a passage of play late in the Grand Final which would have probably sealed the victory, involving Roger James and himself,  didn't quite come off.

When "Lenny" retired from the SANFL in 2001 the gentle giant's League career at Norwood had spanned 14 years and 116 games.

He then joined Salisbury North in the Amateur League where he played State football and was selected in its Team of the Year from  2002 to 2004.

His son Lachlan commenced playing for Norwood's Under 16 team in 2014.
