David Allocca began his league career at North Adelaide, playing four games in 2003, and the following year he transferred to Norwood.
 
Recruited  as a forward, he played two games in the League side and 15 in the Reserves where he headed the goal-kicking in 2004.
 
Alloca had an impressive career in the South Australian Amateur Football League (SAAFL). He made the SAAFL Team of the Year in 2008 and 2011 whilst at Gepps Cross,and againin 2012/2013 playing for Gaza.
