BIO

Scott Boden played his early football for St. Joseph's Hectorville Primary School, and later for Rostrevor College where he was a member of the First 18.

He played nine games for the Norwood Under 17's in 1998, and was selected in the State Under 16 team. The solid mid-fielder made another 11 appearances for the U/17's in 1999, and in 2000  was recognised for his efforts in the U/19's with a Meritorious Performance award.

Boden progressed through to the Reserves in 2001 and was a consistent performer at that level, playing 79 matches between 2001 and 2005.

2004 was his best season. Not only was he runner-up in the Reserves Best and Fairest, but he also made 11 League appearances, under coach Garry McIntosh. His mid-season League debut was at the Parade, against West Adelaide.

Boden played a few games for the Reserves in 2007 and had a short stint for the Rostrevor Old Collegians Football Club,
in the South Australian Amateur Football League.

He later joined Eastlake (AFL Canberra), 2012-2014.
