BIO

Luke Crouch played his early football for Rostrevor College and for Norwood's under-aged teams. He was selected in the SAPSASA* State team in 1995, and later developed into an important member of the Rostrevor College 1st 18 teams.

In 1999, he played three games for Norwood's under 17s and one for the under 19s. He made another eight appearances for the under 19s in 2001.

Progressing through the grades, he played six games for the Norwood Reserves in 2002 and 12 for the under 19s.

Crouch was runner-up in the 2003 Reserves Best and Fairest (20 games) and his good form was eventually rewarded with a league debut in 2004. The Redlegs were defeated by West Adelaide : 14.14 to 14.12. The round 21 appearance was to be his only senior game for the year along with 18 reserves games.

The wingman/half back played another 10 league games in 2005, 13 in 2006, and one in 2007. 

He was named the 2007 Reserves Best and Fairest and ended up playing 79 reserves games for Norwood.

Crouch then played 37 games for the Rostrevor Old Collegians in the South Australian Amateur Football League, where his experience and skill proved to be of great value to the club.

Brothers Jared (Sydney Swans, 223 AFL games, 1998-2009), and Adam (84 NFC games, 1998-2003) also represented the Norwood Football Club.
