BIO
A strongly built, athletic ruckman/forward, Sean Disbury joined Norwood from Central District in 1986. He played the year in the Reserves and was an important member of the side that defeated Woodville by 81 points in the Reserves Grand Final. He kicked four goals and was close to the best player on the ground.
After making his League debut in the opening round of the 1987 Escort Cup series, Disbury played 24 out of a possible 30 games in his first season.
He played five Reserves games in 1988, before leaving the club because of employment and ended the season with the Pooraka Football Club in the South Australian Amateur Football League.
He returned to the Redlegs for the 1989 pre-season, but was eventually cleared to West Torrens where he played one League game in 1989.
