Tom Graham played some of his early football with the Oakleigh Chargers in the statewide under 18 Victorian competition.   He had the height and mobility to play in a key position.

 The son of former Hawthorn and Richmond player Mark Graham, he was also a very promising junior basketballer. 

Graham moved to The Parade at the end of 2021 after two seasons with Central District and was joined by Bulldogs teammate Connor McLean.

Graham played 14 games for Central District in 2020/2021.

He made his league debut for Norwood versus Central District on May 20, 2022 (Round 7). The Redlegs won 10.14 to 8.5. 

Graham played only one league game for the season.

He played another three league games in 2023 (18), and 16 (34) in 2024.

In 2024 he made 16 senior appearances, bringing his league career games total to 34.

Graham was high in Norwood's best players in the 2024 Reserves Grand Final premiership win against Sturt.

 He then moved back to Victoria for family reasons.
