BIO
Mark Hochuli was a prominent member of Norwood's powerful junior and reserves teams in the mid-1980s.
In 1982 he played 18 games for the under 17s, kicking 34 goals with the Redlegs winning the flag. The club's juniors also won the Grand Final of the Kookaburra Cup series.
He continued to develop, and in 1983 booted 45 goals in the under 19s (11 games). Norwood went top.
Elevated to the Reserves, he kicked another 38 goals (12 games) in the same season. Incredibly, he was the leading goal-kicker for Norwood in both grades - in the same year.
Hochuli made his senior debut in 1984.
He was named in the 24 man squad that easily accounted for Woodville in the 1985 Reserves Grand Final : 25.15 to 9.9.
