BIO

Born on 19 July 1966, Michael Hosking was a premiership player with Ararat in the Wimmera Football League in 1986 and 2001. He kicked 168 goals in 152 games with Ararat.  Michael’s  father Bill and uncle Ron played with Geelong.

Michael played his solitary senior game for the Norwood Football Club, in Round 3 of the 1990 Foundation Cup series.
 
After leaving Norwood, Michael became a dual premiership player with St Mary’s in the Geelong Football League.  He then moved to Sydney, where he became a dual premiership coach of North Shore in the premier division of the Sydney Football League.

Michael shared his first premiership at Ararat with his older brother David, who kicked 142 goals in 116 games with the club.
