Patrick Levicki played his early football for Rostrevor College and then Payneham Norwood Union in the Adelaide Footy League.
In 2010 he played six games for the Norwood reserves and 12 for the under 18s. He continued to develop in the reserves, making 50 appearances over the following three seasons.
Levicki made his senior Norwood debut against East Fremantle in the 2013 Foxtel Cup knock-out competition.
He made his league debut against Woodville West Torrens in round 8, 2014.
A strong kick, he read the game well, and was a solid intercept mark. He could also play as a ruckman.
2015 and 2016 were arguably his best years at The Parade. In 2015, after playing 14 league games, he was named in the Advertiser Team Of The Year and was awarded the McCallum Rising Star Trophy.
He played another 14 league games in 2016 and after a solid 2017 (19 games), he reached the 50 game milestone in 2018.
Best known as a mobile key defender, he transferred to West Adelaide at the end of the 2018 season looking for greater opportunities. He had played 90 games for the Norwood reserves.
Levicki played a total of 83 SANFL games : 53 for Norwood and 30 for West Adelaide.
In June 2021, he announced his retirement from the SANFL.
He then had stints with Payneham/Norwood Union and Pembroke Old Scholars in the Adelaide Footy League.
