BIO
Norwood recruited Ben McEntee from Glenelg at the end of 2001. He had played 53 games for the Tigers between 1998 and 2001, but had failed to perform consistently at league level.
The high leaping, strong marking forward made his Norwood debut in Round 1, 2002, Garry McIntosh's first game as Norwood coach.
After two seasons and 29 games, McEntee left Norwood and moved to Queensland.
Joining the Southport Sharks, he had a stellar career in the AFLQueensland.
Predominantly at full forward, he was a prolific goal-kicker, playing in three premierships as well as representing Queensland at interstate level.
