BIO

In 1986, Kym Nicholls played 18 games for the Norwood Under 17 premiership team.

In 1987 he played another 21 games and represented South Australia in the national Under 17 championships held in Hobart.

Nicholls then played Reserves in 1988 (15 games), before making his league debut in the middle of 1989 - making 10 senior appearances in his first season.

The strongly built utility also played 19 games in the Reserves, and received a meritorious performance award.

In 1990, not quite able to cement his spot in the seniors, Nicholls played nine league games and 16 reserves, again picking up a Reserves meritorious performance award.

The following season he played three Foundation Cup matches, and 10 Reserves.

Nicholls later played for, and coached, Tea Tree Gully in the South Australian Amateur Football League (SAAFL).

In 1996 he played interstate football for the SAAFL.
