Jed Spence won the Norwood Under 18 best and fairest award in 2018, playing 19 games.
In 2019 he made 15 appearances for the Reserves, including the Reserves premiership side that defeated Woodville / West Torrens 13.5 to 9.10 in the Grand Final. Selected as a midfielder changing in the forward lines, he was named high in the list of best players.
Capable of winning his own football and using it to the team's advantage, Spence capped off a great season by winning the 2019 Reserves Magarey Medal.
He made his league debut in round 4 of the 2020 season, playing five senior games in his first year.
Spence played eight league games in 2021, and another seven in 2022.
He then returned to his junior club, Payneham/Norwood Union and was a key player in the team's promotion to Division One of the Adelaide Footy League.
