Patrick Walker was selected by North Melbourne in the 2020 AFL rookie draft.

From North Hobart Football Club, he was an elite kick, able to play  as a half-back/wingman.

Walker had two seasons with the Kangaroos, but despite some fine performances in the VFL, did not play an AFL senior game.

He joined Norwood for the 2023 season and made his league debut for the club in the fifth round against Port Adelaide.

Walker was hampered by injury however, and only managed four league games - all in his first year at The Parade.

Walker played in the Redlegs 2024 Reserves premiership team, before returning to Tasmania.
