Jade Rawlings

Jade Rawlings was appointed Coach of the Norwood Football Club in November 2020 where he continued for four seasons, including the 2022 SANFL premiership win. At the conclusion of the 2024 season he accepted a role as an assistant coach at AFL Club Fremantle.
In 1994 Rawlings was recruited late in the AFL draft by the Hawthorn Football Club.
He played 148 games across three AFL clubs, Hawthorn, Western Bulldogs and North Melbourne, but moved to coaching after retiring in 2006 due to injury.
In 2007, as senior coach of the Coburg Tigers, Richmond’s VFL affiliate, he was eventually handed the caretaker role of Richmond’s senior team part way through 2009.
Following his time at Richmond he was appointed as an assistant coach at the Brisbane Lions in 2010 and 2011 under senior coach Michael Voss.
In 2012 he returned to Victoria as an assistant coach at the Melbourne FC. After an eight year tenure at the Demons he moved to Arden Street as senior assistant coach of North Melbourne FC.
In 2021 he joined the Redlegs as their new senior coach on a three-year deal.
